Tes Lari Multi Tahap atau biasa disebut juga dengan bleep test bertujuan untuk mengukur kapasitas VO2max seseorang dan berkaitan dengan kebugaran jasmani. 
Alat yang dibutuhkan adalah :
  1. Sediakan MP3 atau Kaset Bleep Testnya
  2. Lintasan Sepanjang 20 Meter
  3. Stopwatch
  4. Formulir Tes Lari Multi Tahap (Bleep Test)
